These general terms and conditions (the ”General Conditions”) apply when you as a consumer (the ”Customer”) place an order via and purchase from the domain www.lacwear.com, (the ”Website” ”) and visits to the site. The agreement is concluded between you and LAC WEAR AB, company reg. no. SE559077144901 (hereinafter referred to as ”LAC”and may be referred to as ”us” or ”we”). Detailed contact information and other information about LAC are set forth on the Website. The General Conditions are only applicable for Customers that are consumers. LAC reserves itself the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The new version will not be retroactive and the Parties shall only be bound by the Terms & Conditions which are online the day the order is placed.
CONTRACTS AND ORDERS
By placing an order on the Website you certify that you are purchasing the product for your own personal use and not for resale and that you accept our Terms and Conditions. Products on the site for personal use only and not for resale.
LAC and the customer agree that the photos of the goods for sale on the website have no contractual value. LAC has the right to adjust prices, involve additional cost and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice.
LAC retains the right to refuse any purchase request made by you for legitimate grounds such as, for example, if we are not able to process your payment or if a product becomes out of stock. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email.
Our Website will guide you step by step for finalizing your purchase and placing your order. You will be informed with a recap detailing the substantial information of your order before placing your purchase. We strongly recommend you to check all the details of your order before placing your purchase.
Once we have received your order on the Website you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase. This email is only an acknowledgment of your order and is not a contract of sale. A contract between us and you for the purchase of the product will be created once your order has been dispatched and left our warehouse.
Products are subject to availability. If a Product becomes out of stock between the time you place an order and the time our warehouse processes it, we will cancel the purchase of said product since it is no longer available. If this is the case, we will notify you and issue a refund.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a cancellation email. If payment has already been withdrawn for such cancelled order, we will refund the same amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary, LAC will contact you.
Prices on the website are in SEK in Sweden, DKK in Denmark, NOK in Norway, GBP in the United Kingdom, CAD in Canada, USD in the United States and in EUR for remaining countries. For customers visiting the site from countries with other local currencies than the ones offered, an estimated conversion to the local currency based on the current exchange rate may be displayed. Unless your local currency is supported, you will be billed in EUR and the final price charged to your account or credit card will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your bank or credit card company processes the transaction and according to their rates. LAC has no control over these rates and do not take responsibility for any potential exchange rate differences or exchange fees levied by your bank.
Prices do not include delivery charges. All prices shown on the site include VAT. Please note that in some countries outside of EU and outside the US additional duties may be payable to your local authorities on receipt of your delivery. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. LAC has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For further information we suggest you contact your local customs office before placing your order.
LAC may vary the prices of Products listed on the site at any time and without any notice but such changes will not apply to Products in respect of which you have been sent a Dispatch Confirmation. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the web shop LAC will give you the option to place a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. LAC however reserves the right to cancel your order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by e-mail. We are under no obligation to provide goods to you at an incorrect lower price, even once we have sent a Dispatch Confirmation to you, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have been recognized by you as an error.
LAC may from time to time provide special offers on the Website which may have more favorable conditions than those set forth in these General Conditions, e.g. with regard to payment or extended right of withdrawal. Such conditions will apply for the duration of the special offer and for the specific products set forth by LAC in connection therewith. LAC reserves the right, at any time, to withdraw such special offers. Upon termination or withdrawal of a special offer, these General Conditions shall apply without any amendments. Any offers on specific products on the Website are valid only for a limited period of time and until products are sold out.
LAC offers safe payments provided by Stripe, a certified payment provider. Payment methods offered globally are credit and debit card. Payments are not debited until the order has been dispatched. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, the name of the cardholder, its period of validity and the CVC code. We do not store any credit card information or such sensitive information solely necessary for payment and all information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. In the event no payment has been received after submitting your order LAC may automatically cancel your order. You confirm that the credit/debit card, bank information or other personal information that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of such credit/debit card, bank or personal information.
LAC ships worldwide. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Estonia and delivered by DHL. We require a physical street address and signature upon delivery. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes. You can specify an alternative address, e.g. your office, as shipping address for daytime delivery. If DHL are unable to deliver, you will be notified by letter, sms or e-mail and you can either schedule another delivery attempt or have the package delivered to a DHL Service Point where you can pick it up at your convenience within 10 days. Please note that DHL’s services and processes differ among countries and cities. LAC cannot be held responsible for changes to DHL terms of service, therefore please refer to dhl.com for current information for your specific location.
You will receive a tracking number via e-mail when your order leaves our warehouse which you can use to track your order. You can check the status of your package at any time, using the link in the shipping notification. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.
LAC insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. Orders outside Sweden require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by LAC. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Friday. LAC aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, customs clearance processes, faulty delivery information or any other unforeseen activities. Please note that the following delivery charges do not include import costs (such as taxes or import duties) that may be due when packages reach the country of destination.
We occasionally offer free deliveries on all orders, which will be clearly stated on our website. Please note that campaign for free deliveries will be activated on your order in the checkout.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
LAC has a 30 days return period. Any returns must be shipped/postmarked within 30 days of reception. LAC shall as soon as possible, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the returned item, or exchange the item. Upon reception of the returned item, we control the goods prior to processing the refund or exchange. Refunds are authorized by LAC and processed by Braintree, the payment provider of use. Refunds are made to the original purchaser’s credit card and take 2-5 business days to show up on your account, from the time they have been authorized by LAC.
You will be refunded when using our return service (within EU and the United States) in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse. For those countries where LAC do not offer a return service, we suggest you use a courier that offers tracking of the parcel as LAC don’t offer any insurances of returns that are not returned with our return service.
When returning a product you are obliged to keep the product in the same condition as when delivered. You must not have used the product/service, however you have the right to investigate the condition the product was in when delivered. All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. If damage or harm is caused to a product while investigated the product does not qualify for the return policy.
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size and color. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in an alternative style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at lacwear.com. Sale items are non-exchangeable but can be returned for a full refund. For countries outside of EU and outside the United States taxes and duties may apply which will not be covered by LAC. Since tax and import duties vary from country to country, we cannot provide an exhaustive list of applicable rules. Instead, we ask you to turn to your local customs authorities for more information.
If the product is damaged or does not correspond with how the product was presented on the site you have the right to enter a claim. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you discover the fault. We will first try to see if it is possible to repair or remedy the fault. If this is not possible then we will replace the product. If we are unable to replace the product or remedy the fault then we will refund the money. If you can send a photograph of the damage/error this will speed up the process. When we have received the product and approved the claim you will be informed and a new product along with compensation return-shipping costs will be sent to you, or we will refund you for the product and the return-shipping costs.
RETURNING/EXCHANGING YOUR PURCHASE
REGISTER YOUR RETURN Send an email to email@example.com with your order number, what items you’ll be returning and the reason for your return. In case of exchange, please specify the size and color of the desired replacement item(s).
PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE Write your order number and e-mail on the return slip (the “in case of emergency” note in your box). Place the slip, along with the item(s) you’d like to return, back in the original box (or other solid container). Seal it securely with tape.
SEND IT BACK
WITHIN EU - Use the pre-paid return shipping label to send your box back to us. Simply place it on the box, over the original shipping label. Then book your free pickup by calling your local DHL or go to www.dhl.com to arrange a collection. Or, if available you can drop it off at your nearest DHL Service Point (not possible in Sweden).
IN THE U.S. - After registering your return you will receive an e-mail containing a prepaid return-slip and pre-filled customs papers along. DHL will then call you to arrange a collection. Print the documents, attach the return-slip to your package and hand the customs papers to the DHL courier along with your package.
OUTSIDE OF EU/US - Clearly mark the package with “RETURNED GOODS” and the AWB-number that you’ll receive from us after registering your return (step 1). Ship the package back to us with the carrier of your choice (see address below). For your safety, we recommend that you choose a shipping option with tracking. Make sure to declare the goods as “re-import” and with a total value of goods equal to €10 to avoid further customs fees.

Within the EU and US, return shipping and shipping of any replacement item(s) is free of charge and provided by LAC through DHL.
Outside of EU and US, the customer is obliged to pay for and arrange the return shipping of the item(s). Please note that any potential customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through LAC. In case of exchange, shipping of any replacement item(s) is free of charge and provided by LAC through DHL.
For any shipping country, pre-paid return slips are only valid when returning from the same country the order was originally shipped to. Should you return your order from another country than the one it was shipped to, please contact our customer care.

All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, on the site and in the material published on it are owned by or licensed to LAC and it’s affiliates. You are authorized to use this material only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any use of the site or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of LAC. LAC reserves the right to terminate your account and/or use of the site at its sole discretion. For example if LAC suspects that you have in any way breached the Terms and Conditions. Such termination can be made without prior notice.
LAC responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. LAC bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.
Part of the services mediated through the site are maintained by outside organizations. Where LAC acts as an agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. LAC cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from using, or not being able to use, the site. LAC cannot guarantee a problem-free, uninterrupted, and secure access to the site. The site may contain links to other website beyond our reach. We cannot be held liable for content or privacy policies of such sites.
LAC is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond LAC’s control, e.g. general labour dispute, acts of war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changed governmental orders, technical problems, defects in power- /tele-/computer communications or other communication and defects or delays in the service by sub-suppliers due to circumstances set forth above. Such circumstances shall result in relief from damages and other measures. If any such situation should arise, LAC shall inform the Customer accordingly both at the beginning and the end of the period for the current situation. If the situation has lasted for more than two months, both the Customer and LAC are entitled to terminate the purchase with immediate effect. Under such circumstances, LAC will attempt to resolve all issues in a timely manner.
These Terms and Conditions are compiled in accordance with Swedish law. To the extent permitted by law, Swedish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may differ from Sweden and there may be additional legal requirements to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our site.
